Ok there are fiefs in a kingdom[country] And since we're not going to make up the names of them the lords that are granted a fief can name it. The admins will say who's king of a kingdom and whos king over the whole realm.
Theres a realm and in the realm is the kingdom and in the kingdom are fiefs and in fiefs are towns and villages. The king lives in the capital city which is the main city in Jylla.
